Lasting Power of Attorney for MICHAEL HENRY FURLONG has been granted to a Foreign Private Trust, “MICHAEL FURLONG ATTORNEY IN FACT GRANTOR TRUST”, and as such, all powers and authority to contract with property of the Private Trust is vested in the trust with applicable terms as set forth in the following:
